Fried foods. I know you don’t want to hear this, because everybody loves fried foods. But the reality is that people who eat a lot of fried foods, especially fried processed foods, fare worse on tests that measure their brain skills. This doesn’t mean you’re not smart or intelligent. It just means that your brain may be experiencing a deficiency of oxygen because of inflammation in the blood vessels…….. because of the fried foods.
Inflammation in the blood vessels can interfere with the blood supply to the brain.
Your brain needs a lot energy, a lot of good blood, and it needs a lot of oxygen.
So try to stay away from a lot of fried foods for your brain health, but also for other areas of your health. Fried foods have a lot of toxic chemicals in them, such as acrylamide. Acrylamide is a known carcinogen, and can even increase your risk of dementia short term and long term.
I hope you’ll stay away from fried foods for good!
