I am very grateful for the treatments received by Dr. Joe and Dr. Erwin and have sent my wife, brother, sister-in-law and my two nephews to Health-Plus for chiropractic care. They all thank me for the recommendation and, like myself, all go for continued care as needed.

I love coming in and and Dr.Kat is my favorite! She really listens to what my concerns are and always makes sure I leave better than when I came in. She’s so personable and that makes each session so much better to where you don’t feel like just a number.

I met Dr. Joe in the radio industry, and when I got into a spot with my back hurting, I thought to myself that I needed to go see Dr. Joe. That visit got me past that incident, but ever since then I have been back and has incorporated him into my routine chiropractic care. Dr. Joe and his doctors took great care of me and is very attentive. Dr. Joe is very adapted to getting you back on your feet and figuring out what the causes are. I have been seeing Dr. Joe for the last ten years. I believe in chiropractic care as maintenance. I don’t want to get to the point where I have a big accident, so I use chiropractic care as, maintenance to keep my body on the right track. If I do that faithfully, I don’t have the crisis where the really bad scenarios pop up. Nutrition wise, that is not something that he and I have worked on. It has been primarily chiropractic. He is super knowledgeable and I have gotten to know him through the years, since then I have been coming here to see him or his team to keep me on track with my back. I would say that quite often there will be a doctor whose approach or style that you like, and that’s how I feel about Dr. Chris. I think he is certainly a great doctor here with Dr. Joe

I was having back problems, and my daughter told me to go see her chiropractor, but I thought “no if I ever go to a chiropractor, it’ll be Dr. Joe”, so I called and made my appointment. Afterwards I thought what he said, “why didn’t I do this years ago?” I’m 66 and a half so I had some back issues from working as a hairdresser and a stay at home mom. I have seen Dr. Chris three times and he’s great. I have also seen the other doctors here and they are all great. I am always open to have any of the doctors adjust me because I have been so pleased. My back feels great. I was just adjusted, and I feel like I’ve gained ten years of my life. I feel better than I did at 50. I lost weight; I follow nutritional advice; my attitude to life has changed. I feel wonderful. I look forward to getting up every morning, and I hit the ground running. I gave up Dr. Joe’s seven deadly sins. Giving up those things has helped with my arthritis. With being a hairdresser, it has helped my hands a lot. I take Dr. Joe’s Essential Source and Super Greens. I drink it with rice milk. I get up and take my probiotic in the mornings. I am on maintenance now, and I come here every two weeks for my appointments and pick up my supplements. My goal is to come here for the rest of my life. I believe Dr. Joe’s oldest patient is 106, so I’m hoping to get to that point.”
