High Fructose Corn Syrup is not good for you. Your body has to convert fructose into glucose, which the body needs for fuel and energy. But the process of converting fructose into glucose produces something called uric acid. Uric acid is a waste product. It gets in your joints, and it hurts. As a pain specialist, I want to help you manage pain and avoid pain.
Uric acid prevents the body from properly producing nitric oxide. Nitric oxide is important for your body because it opens up your blood vessels, allowing for better circulation in your brain, your sex organs, and your entire body.
