3 Surprising Links Between Diet and Sleeplessness. If you like what you’re learning, please subscribe to my channel and be sure to “like” this video. Thank you.
I want to help you be well and stay well, naturally. Today, I want to help you get a good night’s sleep. Here are 3 of simple strategies that may help you sleep like a baby every night.
1. Don’t drink too much water before you go to bed. Also, having soups or liquid foods too late in the day, can cause you to have to get up during the night to go to the restroom. #sleeplessnights
2. Be sure not to eat too close to bedtime. Try to eat your last meal at least 4 hours before bedtime, and you’ll usually sleep so much better. #digestion
3. Certain medications can interfere with your sleep, too. Check the side effects of your medications. If your medications are interfering with your sleep, ask you doctor if you can change your medication. Even aspirin, if it has caffeine in it, can keep you awake. #insomnia
