What About Chicken and Fish? Here’s the Truth.

People often ask me if chicken and fish are healthy options. Personally, I don’t eat any animal products but if you choose to, there are a few things you need to know.

If you’re going to eat chicken, make sure it’s organic. It’s not a perfect choice, but it’s a better one. Commercial chicken is often loaded with hormones, antibiotics, and chemicals that can weaken your immune system over time.

Now, when it comes to fish, that’s a whole other story. Studies show that nearly all fish even the so-called “healthy” ones contain mercury and other heavy metals like lead and cadmium. These toxins can build up in your system and affect your brain, liver, and overall health.

Even in places like Australia, where pollution is lower, researchers couldn’t find a single fish without traces of toxic chemicals. If you do eat fish, make sure it’s wild-caught sea fish, not farmed or freshwater. But honestly, you’re better off skipping it altogether.

🎥 Watch now to learn why animal products may not be as healthy as you think — and how to make cleaner, safer food choices.
