Surviving the holidays starts with how you eat, not just what you eat.
Sugar lights up the brain like a drug eat it first and it’s hard to stop.
Instead:
✔️ Eat protein and healthy fats first
✔️ Load up on fiber-rich foods like avocados, hummus, mushrooms
✔️ Save sugar for last, when you’re already full
And one of the biggest rules: stop eating by 5–6 PM.
Give your digestive system at least 12 hours of rest overnight.
If the food isn’t in the fridge, you won’t eat it simple habits make all the difference.
