Before every meal, ask yourself one simple question:
“Is this the best choice I can make right now?”
If the answer is yes enjoy it.
If not, adjust.
You don’t have to give everything up. You just have to get a little creative.
Beans, guacamole, lettuce, salsa same flavors, better choice.
Was it as fun as chips? Maybe not.
But at the end of the meal, I was full, nourished, and felt good about the decision.
Small swaps add up. Progress beats perfection.
