I've been using this for almost 5 years. Before, I was relatively healthy but once or twice a year I would feel poorly for a day or two, usually around season changes. I found this product after listening to several anecdotal stories on the Dr, Joe radio show. I thought it might be helpful for my daughter who is a night nurse and is over stressed, under slept, and does too many things as a constant. She had kept up this pace for far too long and I thought if the adrenal fatigue was a theory this might help. Well it did. Now flash forward to me. I'm a chronic migraine sufferer and I've tried almost everything to get under control. I had found some things that helped, but was still in chronic migraine. Its an awful way to live. So I got to reading up on the function of adrenals and they, among other things, control cortisol which in turn controls your hormones. My migraines are largely a part of whacky hormone balances and even with estrogen I couldn't get it under control, so I thought - why not?
