Providing effective solutions to get to the root cause of your health issues.

Gallbladder & Liver Health

When you have your gallbladder removed, you lose your store of bile, which is used to digest fat. When you eat fat, your gallbladder releases bile, sort of like dish soap, to dissolve the fat. If you don’t have that extra store of bile, you can’t digest fat properly. It is important that you try to replace that bile with a supplement to help digest your fats properly.

Here is the link to Lipo-complex. I suggest you take 1 capsule every time you eat a meal that contains fat…..

Order Lipo-Complex

Your liver is attached to your gallbladder, so we need to take really good care of your liver if the gallbladder is removed. I will also suggest you listen to this show I did on liver health…….

Kidney Health

Kidney health has several components we need to address. Let me be clear that this, or any treatment, is not guaranteed to cure any disease. Let’s start by having you listen to this show we did on kidney issues….

There are certain supplements that might help. I would start with Dr Joe's Super Greens, Dr Joe's Adrenal Support, Dr Joe's Digestive Enzymes, Dr Joe's Nitric Oxide (if you have low blood pressure, don’t take Nitric Oxide), Dr Joe's B Complex, and Dr Joe's Essential Source.

I also suggest Renal Complex, which is not one of my products, but you can get it at this link…….

Order Renal Complex

Healthy Digestion & Gut Health

Let's start by having you listen to this show I did on gut health....

Note: There is research that shows that dopamine and serotonin that is made in the gut cannot get into the brain. The brain makes its own serotonin and dopamine.

I suggest you do this for 90 days and see how you do. You can reach out to me then and we can re-evaluate after 90 days. I don't like to make any more supplement suggestions until I know more about you.

The 7 Deadly Sins of Nutrition

There are other proactive steps you can also take to help regain and maintain your health. Generally speaking, and without knowing more about your specific issues, from a nutritional standpoint, I suggest you avoid alcohol, meat (especially grilled meat), sugar, dairy, coffee, soda, and artificial sweeteners. You need to eat more raw veggies and fruit (for kidney health, just a little fruit).

Here are links to lectures that I have done talking about what not to eat and what you should eat:

Lecture: What NOT to Eat Lecture: What You SHOULD Eat

If you feel you can’t make all the changes, I suggest you make as many changes as you can. I have developed a line of nutritional supplements that have shown great results in supporting optimum health.

The Missing Link: Nervous System & Nutrition

Nutrition is important to help reduce inflammation and give the body the nutrients it needs to heal, but to fully obtain and maintain good health and achieve optimum pain relief, you need to also have a normally functioning nervous system and a normally functioning digestive system.

90% of your nerves don’t feel pain, so you can have a malfunctioning nerve(s) and not know it. That’s why I like to check, just to make sure. In cases like yours, correcting the pinched nerves that control the organs is oftentimes the missing link that you are looking for.

Dr. Joe’s Core Supplements:

  • Dr Joe's Super Greens (I like the mint or berry taste more than the Rice Protein)
  • Dr Joe's Essential Source
  • Dr Joe's Adrenal Support
  • Dr Joe's Digestive Enzymes
  • Dr Joe's Nitric Oxide (If you have low blood pressure, don’t take Nitric Oxide)
  • Dr Joe's B Complex

Note: If you are taking blood thinners and Dr Joe’s Super Greens and Dr Joe’s Essential Source you will need to tell your MD you are taking them because they may need to adjust your medications accordingly. It does contain Vitamin K which might affect how your blood clots. Be sure to take the supplements consistently so that it becomes the "new normal" for your blood and the meds will then meet your new blood level needs.
