1. Cinnamon. I love cinnamon in my smoothies made with Dr. Joe’s Super Greens and Dr. Joe’s Essential Source (links below). It’s also great in oatmeal, and to a lot of foods. It may help to stabilize the blood sugar.
2. Vinegar, especially organic raw apple cider vinegar. It may help stabilize your blood sugar and alkalize your system, and it has a lot of nutrients in it. Great on salads.
3. Gymnema. This really helps if you have a sweet tooth, because it may help you control your sweet cravings.
