Roughly 2 years later I went back for a follow-up exam and the Doctor took a new set of pictures. We then put both sets of images side by side for comparison but the Doctor didn\u2019t speak. He stopped, checked the dates, re-checked the dates and began to shake. You can only imagine what it is like to sit with a silent Doctor, waiting for their explanation\u2026 After a while, I began to think the worst \u201cdid I do something wrong? Am I going to be blind? Do I have a brain tumor!?!?\u201d Finally, I asked him what was wrong. The doctor paused a moment longer and said \u201cI don\u2019t know what you\u2019ve been doing but your Macular Degeneration is getting better\u201d I explained that I had been taking Dr. Joe\u2019s Super Greens and\u00a0Dr. Joe\u2019s<\/a>\u00a0Essential Source since my first visit. The doctor then exclaimed, \u201cwhatever it is you\u2019re doing don\u2019t stop, it\u2019s working.\u201d<\/p>\n A few years later, I went back and the same thing. The Macular Degeneration continued to improve. Fast forward a bit and last year I went back and had another exam. They had a new doctor on staff and she joined us to go over the xrays. She knew nothing about my case so when looking at the images she seems confused. I smiled knowing what was going on and asked her if there was a problem. She said no, I just think the pictures are out of order. My smile continued to grow and I explained: \u201cno the pictures are in the right order, my Macular Degeneration has improved.\u201d She couldn\u2019t believe it. She looked over them again and again and said this just is not possible, your\u00a0Macular Degeneration<\/a>\u00a0has improved 60-80%. She continued to say, this just is not possible, it\u2019s unheard of. Very politely she asked if she could submit my images and records to a journal that specializes in Macular Degeneration to which I answered \u201cabsolutely!\u201d Since that day, the clinic has sent all of their patients with eye issues to us for nutritional counseling and supplement protocols. My plan is to continue on this road and hopefully someday they\u2019ll be no sign of my macular degeneration. I can\u2019t promise this will happen to you, but I\u2019m really excited with the results. Over the years, I\u2019ve had other patients tell me that their vision had improved as well.<\/p>\n When it comes to healthcare, there is no downside to having a normally functioning nervous system, a normally functioning digestive system, and a good diet. In most cases patients save a ton of money, get very good results and are ecstatic that they made this decision. The biggest complaint I get from my patients is \u201cWhy didn\u2019t I do this sooner? Why did I wait so long to take control of my own health?\u201d I hope you\u2019re not one of those patients.
