Bring your favorite flavors from south of the border to this hearty meat-free dish!<\/p>\n<h3>Tex-Mex Vegetables<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00bd tsp. ground coriander<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp. ground cumin<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp. chili powder or to taste<\/li>\n<li>Pinch of salt<\/li>\n<li>1 cup steamed diced carrots<\/li>\n<li>1 cup steamed diced turnips<\/li>\n<li>1 cup steamed diced rutabagas<\/li>\n<li>1 cup steamed diced parsnips<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Combine first four ingredients in a medium bowl, then add to steamed <a href=\"https:\/\/drjoe.com\/es\/eat-your-vegetables-high-five-or-vegephobic\/\">vegetable<\/a>\u00a0in a lightly oiled baking dish.
