It is not necessary to get all the peel off. I usually leave quite a bit of peel on.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\">Put it in a good ginger blender and cover it about \u00bd way with organic lemon juice. Blend it until it is the consistency of pizza sauce or tomato puree. This can take a few\u00a0 minutes. Next, pour it into <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ice\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ice<\/a> cube trays an freeze. One cube makes one big cup tea when added to hot water.
