One of those compounds is curcumin.<br \/>\nNow, some of the studies have been a little mixed, but the cool part of this, is that Turmeric is pretty benign&#8230;. so if you take it, there really isn&#8217;t a down side to taking it.  I has a lot of health benefits.<br \/>\nBut this study that I found regarding Turmeric and depression got me really excited.<br \/>\nSo many people suffer from depression and don&#8217;t know what to do about it.<br \/>\nTurmeric can be part of an overall protocol.  I wouldn&#8217;t recommend using Turmeric as your only treatment, but when it comes to depression, you want to get your nervous system and your digestive system working.<br \/>\nA fully functioning digestive system is probably the main thing that is missing, when it comes to depression.
