A Simple Tip to Help You Fight Depression

July 14, 2023

If you are dealing with depression, chlorella may be a nutrient that may help you. Research has shown that subjects taking chlorella had a "significant improvement in physical and cognitive functions of depression, as well as anxiety". This is an inexpensive way to help fortify your body. Years ago, when I created my supplements, Dr. Joe's Super Greens, I included chlorella in the ingredients, because of the wonderful health benefits of chlorella. Dr. Joe's Super Greens also contains Spirulina, Alfalfa Leaf, Barley Grass, Wheat Grass, and Flax Seed Powder. People who take Dr. Joe's Super Greens report back to me every day how much energy they have, how much better they feel. Now, chlorella by itself doesn't taste very good, but we offer a Mint Flavored Dr. Joe's Super Greens, and that is a great choice. You can also make a delicious smoothie with Dr. Joe's Super Greens, using frozen fruit, plant based milk, and even adding a 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, which also has tremendous health benefits. This is not the only thing you should do if you suffer from depression. But incorporating chlorella, and hopefully Dr. Joe's Super Greens, into your diet, will help you be healthier! #depression #chlorella #nutrition #plantbaseddiet #spirulina #chlorellabenefits Dr. Joe Esposito, BS DC. 5 Ways to Stay Slim and Not Starve

July 13, 2023

Dr. Joe Esposito, BS DC. DABCO. DAAPM. DCBCN, DCCN. Thank you for visiting my channel. If you like what you're learning here, please like this video and subscribe to my channel. You'll get notified when I post new videos to help you be well, for the health of it! You want to lose weight, or maybe you just don't want to GAIN weight, but you feel hungry all the time. It won't be long before your willpower caves in and you eat more than you should.... or maybe you eat the wrong thing like fast food or one of the 7 Deadly Sins of Nutrition. Here are some tips to help you stay slim and not starve. Drink a lot of water. Many times, you're not hungry, you're thirsty. And by drinking plenty of water during the day, your body can stay energetic and feel satisfied. Have a big glass of water before every meal, you'll find you eat a lot less food. Ruin your appetite! That's right... about 20 minutes before a meal, have a handful of nuts or a half of avocado. Make sure it is something healthy for you. Once again, you'll be getting nutrients, and you'll eat less at your main meal. Stop eating at least 4 hours before you go to bed. You won't be consuming calories before you go to sleep, and you'll really enjoy your breakfast in the morning. Intermittent fasting. Speaking of "breaking your fast"... go at least 12 hours without eating. If you have your last meal of the day at 6 pm, don't eat anything until at least 6 am the next morning. That alone is going to reset your metabolism. It's awesome. Eat slowly. It takes 20 minutes to get the message that you're full, from your stomach to your brain. If you eat slowly, you'll absorb your food better, you'll enjoy it more, and you will be giving your brain enough time to receive the message that you've had enough to eat.... so you will eat less and be satisfied. 3 Supplements to Increase Circulation to Every Part of Your Body

July 12, 2023

Turmeric, Nitric Oxide and Omega 3 Fatty Acids are fantastic and are supplements I take every day. If you have low blood pressure, you should not take Nitric Oxide. Improving your circulation can improve your brain function, your sexual function, and so many other aspects of your health. Poor circulation can also contribute to pain. Blood helps bring nutrients to injured parts of the body and flush out toxins. If there is a toxic build up or if a part of the body is not getting enough nutrients, pain can result. A diet high in alcohol, meat, sugar, coffee, soda and artificial sweetener can contribute to hardening of the arteries which can cause a lack of proper blood supply. Coffee and alcohol are diuretics which can cause you to dehydrate and the can lead to poor blood flow as well. Coffee has also been shown to increase you homocysteine levels, which can cause low density lipoproteins (LDL’s) to stick to your artery walls which will lead to hardening of the arteries. It is important for many reasons to be sure you keep your well hydrated, especially if you partake in diuretic foods or medications. Acoustic Wave Therapy Pain Management Treatment

July 5, 2023

Don't suffer needlessly from pain. Acoustic Wave Therapy is non-invasive, inexpensive, and very effective in most cases. If you have back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, ankle pain, hip pain, elbow pain, foot pain, sports injury pain, carpel tunnel, digestive issues, or any other pain issue, AWT may be a great therapy option for you. I'm seeing fantastic results with my patients. The treatment sends really fast impulses into an area where you are experiencing pain. It is effective because the shock waves help break up scar tissue, increase blood circulation, and actually increase new blood vessel growth. It also can stimulate stem cell production. Maximum treatment is usually 6 - 8 visits, so it is a short-term commitment for pain management. Acoustic Wave Therapy is diagnostic and therapeutic. It's diagnostic because it tells us where the trigger point for pain is located. It identifies the sore spot. Then, we focus the treatment on that trigger point, and the AWT breaks up the trigger point and allows healing to begin. A single treatment is a total of 10 - 15 minutes maximum from start to finish. We see patients in our Atlanta area offices. My patients and I have been very pleased with the results from Acoustic Wave Therapy. Is this right for you? It very well may be! Call our office today at 770-427-7387 ext. 1, to schedule a complementary consultation.... to see if you can benefit from #acousticwavetherapy #backpainrelief #shoulderpainrelief #anklepain #kneepain #digestion #painmanagement #noninvasivepainrelief #sportsinjuries When you're in constant pain, it's hard to enjoy life, be effective at your job, be your best for your family.... it affects everything. Whether it is joint pain, back pain, digestive issues, brain issues, diabetes or blood pressure issues.... I want to help you understand the root cause and help fix it. We see patients in person in our 4 Atlanta are offices. We can also consult with you through virtual appointments. There are many ways we can help you virtually, so go to our website drjoe.com or call the office for more information on how we can help you get well and stay well. ~~ Dr. Joe
